Bilateral exchange under Bilateral Agreements
Bilateral agreements, signed between universities, faculties or departments allow student exchange within the time frame specified in the agreement itself.
Students should contact the exchange coordinator at their home university, regarding the application process and any other additional information.
Candidates are chosen by their home institution; afterwards their nominations are sent to the relevant exchange coordinator at the Jagiellonian University.

The following documents should be submitted:
1. Application Form
2. Motivation Letter
3. Language Certificate (English at least B2 level)
4. Transcript of Records
Applications should be submitted before the deadlines. Please complete your application process:
- by 31 May for autumn/winter semester or for the whole academic year (starts on 1st October)
- by 30 November for spring/summer semester (starts in the second half of February)
The final decision on the acceptance is made by the head of the Institute/Faculty to which the student is applying.
