Admissions to the School of Medicine in English

This admission begins on 1 March and closes on 10 May 2021.

Step by step

Before you begin your application, please read information about the programmes and the admission procedure published on the University websites: School's website (, admissions guide website (, and in programme cards, which may be found under the “Studies” link above.

Step 1. Create an account and fill out the forms

To be able to sign up for admission to a programme, you first need to have a candidate's account in the system. To create the account, find the “Create an account” link in the upper right part of the website.

Important! Use an email address which you use regularly. After you create your account, you will receive an email with an activation link. Click on the link to activate your account. Should you encounter any problems with this step, please contact the Admissions Office at

After activating your account, log into the system and fill out the forms with your personal data and education history. Forms are available in the “Personal forms” tab in your account.

Step 2. Sign up for a programme

Find the “Studies” link in the blue menu bar on the right—it will take you to a page listing programmes offered by the School of Medicine in English. Choose a programme you would like to apply to and click on the green “Sign up” button in the programme card.

Fill out additional information required in the sign up form (including the preferred place and date of the entrance exam) and upload the required documents.

When you complete the sign up process, you can find your application in the “Applications” tab in your account.

Step 3. Pay the application fee

Applications will be assessed in the admission process only after the due application fee has been paid. These fees have to be paid within the application deadline. The amount due and the bank account details for transfers are available in the “Payments” tab in your account.

Step 4. Pass the entrance exam

Only candidates who submit a full set of the required documents within the appointed deadline are invited to take part in the entrance exam. After positive verification of the submitted documents, candidates receive a message with an invitation for the chosen exam session, which includes access to additional materials (e.g. sample questions, tests from past years).

Information about the exact place (address) and time of the entrance exam will be sent to the eligible candidates at least two days prior to the exam date via the “Messages” tab in the individual candidate’s account. More information on the exam may be found on the School's website.

Step 5. Check the results

Admission results will be published in the system on the day specified in the admission schedule. Log into your account and check your result in the “Applications” tab.

Step 6. Enrol into the programme

If you find “qualified for admission” status in the “Applications” tab, congratulations! This means that your application was successful and and you are now invited to enrol to the School. The “Documents and further steps” link in the application table takes you to a page where you can download the documents required for enrolment and lists information about the enrolment procedure.
